Today's card is one I made last summer. My wonderful hubby is currently active-duty in the US Coast Guard and the cutter is was stationed on did a 6-month patrol to the Persian Gulf so a group of spouses made 12 cards each and they were sent to the crew to let them know we appreciate what they do. This is what I came up with.

Well I am back. I am going to try to make more regular posts since I am now all moved into my room. I made this card a while back and never got it up on my blog. The most difficult part of this card was cutting and embossing the frame with my Nestabilities dies and making sure it was centered. I used two small, very simple stamps to create the image... one is a grass stamp and the other is a flower! I fell in love with the colors of the designer paper and all the layers on this card and I am happy with the end result. Have a great Tuesday... don't forget LOST is on tonight!

Card Recipe:
Stamps: Amuse (long grass, small flower)
Paper: Basic Grey, Prism Prismatics, Gina K Luxury
