Glitzy Cupcake for a Special Girl...

My niece, Carly, turned 9 a few weeks ago so this called for a special card! I had this Hero Arts Cupcake stamp that I have been dying to use so I pulled it out and got to work.

Cardstock: Stampin Up,Gina K Designs (white card base)
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black and Hero Arts Snow Chalk Ink
Stamps: Hero Arts (Large Cupcake, Flourish Background)
Acccessories: Prismacolor Pencils, Gamsol, white ribbon, Bow-Easy, sparkle gems

Looped Ribbon Tutorial result...
